XINCHEN laboratory scale automated PLC control stainless-steel reactor system is for precisely control raw material feeding volume.

The raw material tank feeding is automated control by Siemens PLC, the system control is by weight measurement .It is composed of Swiss Mettler 30KG electronic platform scale, 5L SUS316L tank and explosion-proof peristaltic pump.

In the operation panel, there are automatic control of A/B raw material tank feeding, temperature control equipment and agitator operation touch value, online detection of tower top temperature and kettle pressure.
