Just testing out some VHS effects on Vegas 14. I did add a neon glow effect but it went over the upload limit. and I muffled the sound to try and get that old VHS feel. the VHS effect is apart of red giant universe plug in and comes with a variety of VHS effects like VHS,Bad VHS, Betamax, S-VHS, and U-matic. these also come with effects to make the video have damage, off coloring, interlace errors, and tape wrinkles. you can buy the universe plugin, which is what this VHS effect came with, at the Red Giant website. or you could obtain it through other means... the plugin is compatible with the following: Adobe After Effects CC (2017-2014)
Adobe Premiere Pro CC (2017-2014)
Apple Final Cut Pro X 10.2.3 and up
Apple Motion 5.3.2 and up
Magix VEGAS Pro 14
Davinci Resolve 12.5
HitFilm Pro 2017

and you need a GPU. the minimum is an Intel HD 5000
