Gonna be blunt, I was very reluctant of this concept at first considering that I didn't see any evidence of this site ever being made. But now that I have actually seen evidence of the site being a legitimate thing and not some "Pisstake" I really do believe that it shows some promise. I know for a fact that I wont be able to use the site (due to that one "joke" video I got banned for) but I really do wish you luck on this project. :)

"Bad Uploads" is like for stuff that conversion failed or something? In that case and if there is download button on that page, it could be abused by renaming like .zip .png etc to video formats.. anyways just a thought

Wait when you import the videos, do they have the same number of views? And can you import a channel?
