z80mbc2 first boot and testing
This video features the z80mbc2 single board computer, which I assembled starting from a bare pcb.
The computer is powered by CMOS z80 @ 8 Mhz, 128 kb static RAM and an ATMEGA32 acting as glue logic. The OS's are loaded from SD card (CP/M 2.2 and 3.0, Collapse OS and more).
The mandelbrot is executed from mbasic, and it's reasonably fast.
I encourage you to build one by yourself and try! Enjoy
