Mario 64 ruined Liam's life, so he needed a new one. He tried cookery with cooking mama, then went out to the forest and found the Tree Queen. She sent Liam to the 21st dimension to get what he needed for his new life.

This takes place much before the events of "Skittles VS Skittles 4".
