Windows XP SP1 and Windows 2000 SP4 booting on the Acer Veriton M290 (Sandy Bridge)

It's official, Windows XP SP1 works on Acer Veriton M290 and other 2011-2012 Sandy Bridge devices that support IDE, so does Windows 2000 (modded with USB 2.0 support). XP RTM and normal unmodded 2000 don't because they don't support USB 2.0.
ISO used for W2K was YSI_Win2kPro_R3.2. In 2000, Video (without installing VBEMP) and Wi-Fi don't work, but Audio does work.
