The retards of csgo (kicked for no reason)

Imagine protecting a hostage from CTs in a shit map, your doing so well but your team has a 50/50 chance of either losing or getting tie, and suddenly you get kicked for no apparent reason and causes a decreased chance for a new skill group. Doesn't that shit piss you off?
