I did a bit of research, and found that this character model actually corresponds to an early 2010s one that comes in a free-for-schools 3d animation program called Xtranormal. http://www.xtranormal.com/

Oh yeah, I remember Xtranormal, I used to use it all the time. It got shut down like 2013 or so. You couldn't do much in it, and you had a certain amount of credits to make a video. You could only make one video with the number of credits they gave you, so to make another one, you either had to buy more credits or make another account (I made probably 10 lol). I don't see much of it anymore these days, probably for the better.
