Kirill Martynov: 'Putin knows that if he loses the war, he also loses power'
Russia's independent daily Novaya Gazeta, founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Dmitry Muratov, has been barred from publishing in Russia since the Kremlin enacted a new media law punishing the spread of "misleading" information. RFI spoke to Kirill Martynov, editor-in-chief of Novaya Gazeta Europe, who has been in exile in Riga, Latvia, since the start of the war in Ukraine with part of his team.
