I'm from Bergen and I can't help but feel proud and patriotic when I hear (or sing) the anthem of our city. This particular recording is from the intermission act during Eurovision Song Contest 1986 held in Bergen that year, and our very own Sissel Kyrkjebø sang this on stage at the tender age of 16, wearing a bunad and this really launched her career as an artist. Her peformance of this never fails to give me goosebumps!
