WTF Commercial! Anti-Bestiality Ad?

(This is going to sound very cliche) I found this tape at my local Goodwill store. The VHS cassette itself was fine, but the actual tape inside it was so dull looking and faded it looked kinda sick. So when I put it in, it was nothing but old commercials from like the 90s or 2000s. Some of them that stood out was Tony Hawk and Trix cereal commercials. Anyway, about an hour in the tape just went blue (as you saw) and then THIS came up. I was looking at it with a confused look the whole time. It was so strange and out of place. It literally looked like something an amateur filmmaker would make. And it even looked like it recorded from another tape, because of the PLAY that is out of frame. Then it went black and remained that way until the end of the tape. So strange. Quite a rare find though, I'm glad I bought my VHS to CD converter when I did. lol Enjoy this I guess :)
