So, I haven't been here since September 12th and I have to say that I did not expect to find a ghost town when I came back. Even back in early September, there weren't people leaving in droves all the time and there were at least 40 videos that broke 10 views uploaded every day. Maybe I didn't pay attention to this place that much by September, but that was because I wanted to focus on how I would begin to make music. I still remember this guy, Jumpstar Records, who commented on this video https://www.vidlii.com/watch?v=AiYn_su5zvF and I started talking to and became friends with. He seemed like he was really into VidLii, putting more than just the bare minimum of effort into making ironic music videos. But it looks like, at some point after this, he terminated his own account. I still had aspirations that this site could extract at least 1/16 of the users on YouTube. Now, this place looks hopeless. I'd just like to know when and why people started leaving, post-Fattyman.
