Burkina Faso

Yesterday, Al-Qaeda members tried to seize the Burkina Faso Armed Forces base near the city of Djibo, Soum province in the north of the country. To repel the attack, the military used the Bayraktar TB-2 UAV and the weapons available at the base. According to government sources, the base was attacked by 3 thousand militants and 400 of them were killed. Obviously, these numbers are greatly inflated, but al-Qaeda suffered heavy losses in this area.
