Locked behind razorwire and 10ft fences in our suburban enclaves, getting robbed and murdered anyway because retreat is a poor strategy for eliminating a problem and we've been retreating for +40 yrs

when they were reporting this on the radio (I live in the area this happened), they didn't say race, but I immediately knew, especially when they didn't mention the race.
