@Unblockable: I suppose that makes sense. I don't really eat healthy since it's not that convenient. I usually don't think much about it since I never had much of a problem with weight. Surgeries can certainly conflict with working out. I'm glad you're able to pick back up after recovering.

The procedure did hurt when it was taking place, but I felt better afterwards. I did have a week of swelling and scabs, but I noticed the improvements after the scabs went away. My technician told me that the improvements will continue for at least a month (possibly three months).
