(Continuing the last comment) somehow got his account unbanned before his blockage time is up. But anyway, I've unblocked him now, but it doesn't matter anyway as he's still banned. I just hope my blockage towards his account and/or his banning has taught him a lesson.

Today was the day I unblocked OfficerCoke on this website. Sometime around the start of the year, he posted the comment, "First Warning", on eight of my videos. Posting a negative comment on my videos results in one strike out of three before blockage, and he posted eight negative comments which resulted in him getting blocked for 100 days for the first three comments and an additional 165 days for the extra five comments. Never mind, the uploading is working again.

Is anyone else having problems with their videos not getting uploaded?

I've just recently uploaded some new videos, but they say I uploaded them at 10:38 PM, but it's 3:38 PM in my area from the time I am posting this comment. I must be 8 hours ahead of Vidlii.

So somebody had just left a nasty message and then blocked me, even though I didn't do anything to deserve it. I don't care about commenting on his videos, especially after what he said to me. But apparently, being blocked means I cannot rate his videos. Did YouTube ever have that feature where the ratings would be disabled for anyone who was blocked, but otherwise would be open for anyone else? And if so, why did they remove that feature?
