of course there is curruption and issues where bad guys do go free and innocents do get punished but police in america is alot better then most countries atleast on paper in terms of constitutional rights and stuff and making sure people get a fair trial atleast on paper that even many other western countries dont have or dont have as much of. like nazis and communists or ISIS just kill everyone without a trial or evidence because of a rumor about a person being a criminal or collective punishme

thats one of the few based things about america atleast on paper is that they have alot of laws that make sure trials are fair and people are only punished for what they proveably did and also stuff like warrants and probable cause to prevent police falsy accusing people or planting evidence on people. alot of countries and ideologies dont have that and even places like japan. police are allowed to detain you for months without even accusing you of a crime before having a trial.

tbh i think nazi germany would be more likeable if they put each individual on trial for crimes and the innocent jews dont get anything and only the actual bad banker types get punished for exactly the crimes they did. i wanted to make a video on this but extremists like communists or nazis or isis they all somewhat believe in collective punishment for the crimes of a few instead of punishing each individual person for the crimes they personally did. most mass shooters also believe in collective
