SkibidiCoffee (7 months ago) thats one of the few based things about america atleast on paper is that they have alot of laws that make sure trials are fair and people are only punished for what they proveably did and also stuff like warrants and probable cause to prevent police falsy accusing people or planting evidence on people. alot of countries and ideologies dont have that and even places like japan. police are allowed to detain you for months without even accusing you of a crime before having a trial.
