Ayy, I got a Saturn too. Pretty great machine imo, and incredibly underrated. They are pretty hard to find locally though; it took me 3 years to come across another Saturn console.

I also noticed the clock battery was dead in your Saturn; that's why the language screen comes up every time the console boots. It takes a regular CR2032 watch battery and goes in the back where the flap is; lift up on the old battery with your fingernail, then pull it out and pop the new one back in. The Saturn also used the clock battery for saves, but there are also cartridges you can get for it that will save the games forever, not losing them right when the battery runs out of life.
