It's just a hack I found on SonicRETRO, which is a hack of a pirated game for the Nintendo Entertainment System or Famicom called Somari. The hack is made by the jabu. In this hack, you will find better color pallets, and better controls. And the character sprites are modified to be Sonic.

Well, it's just a Somari the Adventurer hack i foud on SonicRETRO, with replaced sprited and improved controls (i think)
