In the early 21st century, Marine Le Pen has taken over France. After originally wanting to ally with Trump, instead Trump chose to disrespect her troops. This caused France to wage a covert war to hallow out the US, that was eroding.

The MC, an executioner's apprentice, must choose between making sure justice has been served, and not believing in capital punishment. She must overcome her own biases, and overcome the things which drive her to hate Ehena the most.
