For those who don't know, Chibi was a very awkward speedrunner who mostly played Kingdom Hearts and Paper Mario TTYD or something. He's humiliated himself on numerous occasions, but most notably during CavemanDCJ's speedrun of Tomba II and also when he cheated during a Paper Mario TTYD Speedrun live stream where he used a hover cheat in order to perform a frame perfect jump and got caught. This is my tribute to his shenanigans.
