Conventional testing of Hose Air Tightness includes pneumatic testing and water pressure testing.
Pneumatic testing equipment is generally made for hard pipe detection,
no corresponding testing equipment for corrugated hose and other flexible pipes.
Corrugated hose is generally chosen the water pressure detection.
The specific how-to:
1. Seal the ends of the corrugated hose
2. Pressurize and place the hose in the water
3. Check the airtightness, according to the presence of bubbles to determine whether the hose leakage
4. If bubbles are generated: airtightness test fail→destroy the hose
If no bubbles: airtightness test pass→qualified hose
