how 2 make shitty low quality audio in audacity

thank u gaiz 4 watching dis. i made it because there aren't very many ez tutorials 4 dis out there and it's not as hard as ppl say. also itz a fun way to add older charm 2 ur videos ^_^
also if u hadnt noticed i changed my vidlii channel layout quite a bit, so in order 2 read dis description as intended there is a button under the date that sez "view more info" or smth like that.
