As much as I believe that the ISPS and the government shouldn't have their hands over the Internet, i'm kinda a little sceptic, especially since one of the organisations who supported the battleofthenet.com campaign is funded by a Soros-funded organisation(Open Society Foundation). Also the corpos who support NN are actually doing things that net neutrality(note that Net Neutrality and net neutrality is different, the first one just provides more government regulation over the internet and has much to do with neutrality like how the PATRIOT Act has to do with patriotism and Affordable Care Act with affordable care) opposes. As much as i don't trust the ISPs, i don't trust the corpofucks either.

Not even close. YouTube and Google hate the reappeal of net neutrality because they would have to pay millions to operate at full speed.

An excellent point. Still YouTube has focused more on advertiser friendly vids and even seem to be preferring already known celebs that come to their platform over even some of their most famed Youtubers. Even Markiplier seems to take a back seat to Steven Colbert.
