Generally there are so many memes that you use that sometimes I tend to keep my doubts to myself, but this time the pic really caught my attention, and thanks to yandex's reverse image search I was able to find out that the background is about "The Backrooms" (meme about cursed pics), while the girl is "Gris", an oc by the artist Vertigris. If there's any context related to her holding the blue pizza box (or whatever), I don't get it :S
