They had absolutely no idea what was coming before 8:49AM reached. 0:11 You can clearly see that the World Trade Center towers look fine at 8:00AM. At 9:02AM when the 2nd plane crashed into the south tower of the World Trade Center, that was when things turned. It went from at first what seemed to be an accident, into a terrorist attack... My condolences go out to the victims of 9/11 2001... ;_; :(
