Why "NewVlare" Failed? | Rant

Why did Vlare fail when it was bought out by [record scratch]? What happened behind the scenes? All that in more revealed in this exciting (not really) video that should've released months ago but I just lacked motivation to do it. Oops.

I don't know if the people on the Twitch appearance were the new or old owners, but can easily imagine that it's some young folk hoping and under the impression of launching it as a serious sort of business or startup or YouTube/Vidme alternative opportunity, too with some clean/fresh/modern Vlare UI, but then realizing that the users/audience/community can be pretty toxic and shitposting, and then too facing the usual problem of cost/expenses for hosting (burn rate, don't know if there's salaries for devs/staff, hope for profits) vs. lack of, or difficulty of, business model. But just some speculations on my part, why a site with active user base may seem like an interesting project from the outside, but can turn out to be less fun once facing the threats and legal problems and expenses/burn-rate, to take it some place. Nicely curated specific niche sites may do however.
