Probably, everyone is already tired of airplanes, so I made a compilation about the ground forces. Some from official sources, some found in other places.

Russian tsars did not even know that they were building "Ukrainian" cities. )))
And in order not to go twice, let me remind you:
The city of Kharkov was founded in 1630 by Tsar Alexey Mikhailovich Romanov. Malorossians who fled from the Poles from the right bank of the Dnieper settled there.
The city of Sumy was founded in 1655 by the same tsar-again for the Little Russians who escaped from the Poles.
Kirovohrad was founded in 1754 by Empress Elizabeth Petrovna. Then the city was called Elisavetgrad and was supposed to protect the southern borders of Russia from Tatar attacks.
Zaporozhye (was founded in 1770, in those days the city was called Alexandrovsk), Kryvoi Roh (founded in 1775) and Dnepropetrovsk (founded in 1776, then called Yekaterinoslav) by Empress Catherine II.
