Frosty Plays Air Combat (PSX) - EP2 - Operation Fly Swatter (F-14 Tomcat)

This is my run of Air Combat (PSX), the first game in the Ace Combat series. Game is played in Normal Mode and in Expert controls.

Mission Two, go go go!

[MISSION 2: "Fighter Superiority"]

Enemy Line-Up: 2x AV-8 Harrier, 3x B-52 Stratofortress, 1x C-5A Globemaster, 2x Tornado F2

Plane Unlocked: F/A-18 Hornet (An excellent plane at this point of the game, it's also viable for the mid-game missions)

Similar to the first mission but the difference is now that they're flying right into your direction. Expect to lock on to the planes as they fly towards you; and make them eat some missiles right in the cockpit.

The AV-8's are easy pickings; two shots shall destroy them. Everything else, the Tornado F2's, B-52's and the lone C-5 require three missiles to be destroyed. Be warned when taking on the B-52's as they have machine guns! Attack them from range. The F/A-18 Hornet is your reward for clearing this level.
