Oh wow,I was unaware of this Unaired 13th Special episode,which from what I looked up,this unaired 13th episode never aired in it's original run back in 2019,after it's 12 episode season ended that year,so for whateveer reason,what-s0-ever,this 13th episode was original scheduled to air that year,but was delayed untile 2021 and was included as a Bonus Feature in the Bluray sets:

Which makes me wonder on why did they even take this long to delay this episode untile 2021 which i was unaware of,but anyways,this episode introduces some new character which episode feels more like a One-Shot OVA or a setup to a possible 2nd season which we have yet to get!
