When there is no license to hunt.

The hunters communicate with each other in Russian and Tatar, I don't understand everything.
The guys went hunting, and a wild boar came to them. The hunter tells him that there is a gun, but there is no permission to shoot the boar, and wants to drive him away so that the boar does not interfere.
The boar smiles and wants to play.
