My diet consists of berries, veggies, avocado, whole grain spaghetti, hulled barley, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, salmon, sardines, and mackerel.

@Unblockable Are you still working out at your company's gym and what's your new diet?

@AaronP You're definitely not in a position to worry about eating too many calories, but a healthy diet isn't just about that. If you eat too only fast food, you might get acne breakouts. Yup, most procedures I've gotten have aftercare instructions of not working out for a certain time. For laser CO2, I shouldn't work out for 1-2 weeks (most procedures have shorter record times though).

Yup, the procedures definitely help. It's also because I've been working out and reforming my diet.
