I started working out again beginning of this year. Yup, I got a haircut before the laser co2 because I didn't want my hair rubbing against my forehead during the recovery phase. I didn't get a color touch-up since the dye would get into the water (and on my face) when I shower. I might get another touch-up eventually, along with the nails and eyelashes.
