"Every man is a Satanic Nazi Pedophile" is making fun of people who make such baseless accusations in public. It is known as "the big lie" technique spoken of by Adolf Hitler in his book Mein Kampf. Through it, the person listening to lies about the holocaust believe to themselves "I am moderate and logical, as I only believe some of what is said", when it is fully a lie.
