The band is Minimoni, featuring the late comedian Shimura Ken. As of the day I re-uploaded this, for me... it's the most tragic death from COVID so far. I saw this video some years ago, and I was fascinated by it. I've realized that videos normally like this in Japan. The song sounds like an anime opening, and it has those cute Japanese girls.

UPDATE: I think Rick May's death is even more tragic. He was the voice of Peppy Hare from Star Fox and the Soldier from TF2.
