You can see where I mistaken the lens cap for being closed at the start of the video. This is the analog VHS-C recording of the Wales Twp Thunderbolt siren. This is a different camera the RCA CC6151. It's pretty much the same as the JVC and uses the same body style and VHS Recorder. Although it does have a neat feature that you can write your own title. In this case, I wrote the location of the siren.
