Sony HandyCam DCR-HC28: Specs and Menu System [FATCATTECH]
The first vidlii edition of FatCatTech. Part II will have the test footage, which consists of different scenes from local towns and my own home.
2006 was the beginning of the end for video tapes. The format's last few years saw the release of many different models, including this one, the DCR-HC28. This camcorder cost $280 new, but was that worthwhile? Let's see...
1/6" CCD HAD image sensor.
20x optical zoom (440x digital).
Minimum illumination: 5 Lux, 0 with Nightshot Plus.
and of course, the Sony Picture Effects.
I-link tape recording.
That's it, there really isn't anything special about it.
I give it a 5/10.
