Genji takes a sick day

Genji was sick for the first time on my island today (as told by a concerned Norma), but he wasn't in his pajamas like how villagers usually are when they're sick. He had the "sick" animations and dialogue but he wasn't in his jammies. My theory of this glitch is that he was crafting the day before and for an unknown reason, he never got the chance to change into his jammies. Even so, it's pretty fucking strange. When I found out he was sick, I was looking forward to seeing him in his pajamas.

You could say that, just like in Overwatch, that Genji needs healing.
My diagnosis for him is a panic attack from general anxiety disorder: shaking, sweating, shortness of breath, and heart palpitations.
