A "Guillotine Western" is a variation of French-Western, where the guillotine is used as the default method of public executions, instead of the hangman's noose.

One other difference is these tend to be modern westerns, an incompass a larger portion of the United States. The guillotined is refined into a crossbow like weapon, rather than a stationary model, and can be used for self-defence in a pinch.

The language of the society of Guillotine westerns is Hafestra, a distant relative of the Japanese creole of French, that diverged after the Franco-Japanese wars.
