not really, I live in South central Ontario Canada. Most Peppers I have, I dry them in my Food Dehydrator, some I crush, some I turn to Dust and mix with other herbs and such. I make my own Chili Powder, the base chili being dried powdered Serrano Peppers. My Habernaros and Cayenne Peppers, I dry and crush and put in shakers and shake it over Pizza, spaghetti and other foods. My Nu Mexico Peppers, I do grow them only to say I can up here. I entered the Paris Fair this year with a 5 pepper display, that were not green or red sweet peppers. I came in 5th

@4dojo Not really, I do not have pepper roaster, and I am answering this in Oct of 2020 and the last 3 years, I have not grown any New Mexico Peppers, I have ordered the seed, planted them on heated seed tray, and not one has sprouted in 3 years. I follow the Package instructions, I am planting the in mid Feb in the house, they get proper water, I have tried putting the seeds in wet paper towel, then placing that in a Ziplock bag, yes they germinated, but did not grow past that when planted. I will give it one more try next year doing it a bit different.
