like its more mixed and complicated then like pork and alcohol or gambling which are directly mentioned by name in the quran not even hadiths and mentioned by their words directly as being a sin not a weird metaphor word like idle talk that you have to get a scholar to understand what its talking about.

@wizz personally i would say 80% feel haram although music has been very popular through muslim history and some of the hadiths that people say make music haram feel kinda vague and unspecific like saying idle talk that many people interpret as music. when it could said it directly without a metaphor to get the point across.
