Honestly I find it really useful to be honest. I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder recently, and sometimes it's hard for me to connect with people in real life so it's easier with the internet.

It would also keep the whole world from absorbing American culture and being poisoned by the worst parts of it.

North Korea is entirely isolated from the outside Internet, having exclusively domestic services and no communication with other countries. That's too isolated for me, but I like a focus on domestic services.

I'd prefer if our Internet was a federation between English-speaking countries, so the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc. It'd be nicer than the whole world talking to each other all the time. It would keep services from ballooning out of control and becoming to global.

China, and *North* Korea specifically.

China blocks a huge range of foreign websites and has mostly domestic services. They don't have Google, they have Baidu. They don't have YouTube, they have Bilibili. Stuff like that. Everyone uses domestic versions unlike most of the world, who use American services. Not everything is blocked, but the biggest foreign websites are, leading to a much more domestic Internet.

As a generation Z. and alpha Lincoln somewhere between I'd say that we are totally better off without AI and in my opinion honestly VR. It makes me feel sick.

I like computers and think they're fine, but I wish we didn't have an international internet, just nationwide intranets with some limited peering, like a mixture of China and North Korea's internets.

Thanks for the tips. You seem to actually eat pretty well. I like meat and the other things you mentioned (other than caesar salad lol), so I could probably do it. I'd like to get back to how lean I was a few years ago
