Insomnias rough. :/
I use to have that as a kid, but I started growing out of it around twelve. For some reason lack of sleep never has affected me and still doesn't, so it didn't really affect me even back then except I was up half the night. The main thing that changed for me honestly, was that was when I was introduced to anime and I started having a lot less anxieties and stuff. Thinking more about positive anime things than the possibility of the house burning down while I was sleeping.

Well I don't turn back on past much but I do find vidlii quite interesting..
