Walnut cake

Dough: 1 cup = 250 grams
2 yolks
0.5 cups sugar
0.5 cups ghee or 100 g butter
0.5 cups sour cream
0.5 tsp tea soda
a pinch of salt
a pinch of vanillin
2-2.25 cups flour
The dough is divided into 2 equal parts. Roll out each part in a baking pan. Egg white with nuts is placed on one of the cakes layers and bake together with the cake.
If you have only one pan, bake first the egg white-top layer and then the non-egg white layer.

Egg white batter 1 cup = 250 grams
Beat 2 egg whites until fluffy
Beat 0.5 cups sugar with protein
1 cup chopped nuts will add to the egg white batter
Put this egg white batter on one of the cakes layer and bake

Custard Cream 1 cup = 250 grams
1 yolk
0.5 sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 glass of warm milk
pinch of vanillin
Cook over medium heat until thick
When the cream is ready, put 50 g of butter and mix with the cream
