Cooked beef grind in the food processor and fry with onion, add salt and pepper.
Roll puff pastry dough with rolling pin, cut into squares, put the filling and pinch the edges to shape a triangle. Put egg yolk on top and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Sesame seed is optional.
