The Operating System Construction Kit: Cosmos! [Cosmos Quest #1]

Apparently, there is a program that converts C# into bootable code, with the intention of making it easier to write operating systems. In this video, I write a c# console calculator, but it is slightly more interesting since it is running in VMWare.

Also, this means that any Windows Form "Operating Systems" that you made when you are 10 are now even less legitimate...unless they were made with Cosmos...even though Cosmos doesn't support forms.

All virtualization done with VMWare.

Cosmos seems to never work for me. I guess IL2CPU does not like my computer at all

There's actually a fix for the IL2CPU error.
Rebuild the project/solution after removing the bad code.
It's just an error that shows when incompatible code is written.

I actually wrote my own COSMOS Operating System.
If possible could you take a look at it? I actually booted it up on real hardware.

Also, I think it would be good idea to migrate Paper Mario videos to a new channel. Haha, my channel needs some cleaning up as well.

@Truttle1 Ah.
Well, you could always just use a VM. Gnome Boxes and VMware Player are good VM software for Linux.

@termer @Truttle1 I'd say my experience using Ubuntu and Debian has been great, enough to justify not using a few Windows applications. Most of everything has a good alternative that runs on GNU/Linux.
