@termer Oh my, you're absolutely right :-( The issue is that I'm using many different computers for recording over the time, and their hardware/configuration seems to be quite different for recording, considering that a 100% libre-freely licensed GNU/Linux distro is installed. Now I'm using a dedicated notebook just for recording, quality seems to be decent, let's see what the feedback for that one is. In general, if there's special interest in a certain video/topic, I may re-record videos and make sure that they're of better quality, but with this series here I just wanted to throw them out quickly, as people can directly look at or try the code and discuss in various forms instead of just relying on the video.
