The Rise and Fall of LifeInATent
Originally uploaded in 2015, I talk about a man who constantly issued death threats against his critics, exploited a natural disaster for a profit, and flagged down videos. Many people considered this a masterpiece.

Exploiting deaths, injuries, or disasters for a profit is disrespectful not only to the families of the victims, but people that are looking for entertainment. Leo the Video Game Guy, CraftNation, LifeInATent, Philip DeFranco, and Logan Paul are guilty of this. To hell with those people for disrespecting their fans for money.

Didn’t LIAT also take advantage of the monetization features that YouTube added... oh, yes he did.
And he isn’t the only person to do that. Logan Paul monetized his aokigahara suicide video and users back in 2017 were freaking out over demonetization.
YouTube is just policing itself now because it had rules from the beginning, but almost everybody violated them. Like shock content is kept on and misleading thumbnails, and overly long videos are now a norm. Surprised that YouTube hasn’t closed down in 2018.

If LifeInATent took the earthquake video seriously, went into details, then showed compassion, everyone would have been on his side. But he asked for a thumbs up, monetized the video (which YouTube paid him for), and acted like a douchebag. There are certain things you do not do and LifeInATent should have apologized without trying to justify himself.

Meanwhile Youutubers that actually try like SkyDoesMinecraft and even Newscapepro on the Minecraft side, MsBreezy on the GMOD side, and heck even Jacksepticeye and Markiplier 2 of the go to examples of being too famous have to struggle a little to hope their content follows the rules. LifeInATent is the original Logan Paul.....a reason Youtubes rules are questioned sometimes.

LifeInATent is a YouTube conformist. He'll never jump to VidLii unless YouTube goes bankrupt. I'm surprised YouTube didn't go bankrupt when they made the mistake of offering partnerships to everyone in 2012. I felt that partnerships from the get go should have been earned. The way LifeInATent "earned" his partnership was fraudulent compared to the Irate Gamer in 2007 when he got featured twice that year.
