Andrew Ambrose - Justice a la Mode (PC-88 YM2608 Original Song)

I've been meaning to do a full-fledged project with the YM2608, the FM chip mainly associated with the PC-88, and I finally decided to make my move. I thought it'd be cool to try doing something akin to Mega Man, albeit with a more unique touch; I basically decided to take influence from Ys, The Scheme, Geo Storm, and Metal Slug. One cool thing I managed to figure out while making this song was that you can change the volume of an FM instrument by changing the Total Level (TL) of the carrier operators. Not to mention, this was my first time writing a solo, and I really like how it turned out. I'm not good enough at playing piano to play it myself in real time, but I'd say I know my stuff enough to plot one out.
